Alden Pools & Play

We met with the team from Alden Pools and play last fall and began the process of getting an In ground pool this spring. Everything including the price was awesome. From the first meeting, to install and the communication was perfect. One of the owners worked with us to start and another was actually on site making sure everything was to our liking and going well. I would absolutely recommend the to anyone who is looking to get a pool. The project manager Chris (I don’t really know the title but it would be something like that) was a real solid guy to work with as well. 10/10 for our families experience and I would recommend to anyone.

We are VERY happy with our pool. Matt, Josh and team are honest, hard working people. They truly cared to get the job done right... and they did! Matt was the contact person for us. Matt was very responsive to answer all of our questions, even after the installation was completed. MCI Concrete partners with Alden Pools. Rick and his team understand concrete. Our pool patio and retaining wall are beautiful. We would hire them again.

We are so happy with our pool! The guys that did all the construction work on the pool were great. They came day after day to get the pool up and running. Whenever I had questions I reached out to Chris and Matt and they were pretty responsive. The thing I would keep in mind when purchasing a pool is be patient. I did my homework but from start to finish it takes about a month. That includes installing pool (inground),electric hookup, concrete and fence. I would not hesitate to recommend Alden Pool and Play but bear in mind that you have to act as your own general contractor on the overall project.

Matt & Chris were great to work with on designing our pool. Everyone I dealt with from Alden pools while planning and during the entire install process were very professional, and honest. Matt and Chris are also still very helpful even after finishing the pool with any questions or concerns I have. I would absolutely recommend Alden pools to anyone looking for a pool!

I just wanted to write this review because the customer experience and concern with customer satisfaction is of the upmost concern for Alden Pools and Play. I have been working with Matt (one of the owners) and Russ (service manager) on a rare Bull Frog hot tub power issue. Matt and Russ have dedicated their time to working to diagnose the issue and have laid out plans on next steps should this not resolve. Overall very positive experience with the team and would recommend purely on their customer service.
