Petschke Plumbing & Heating

Called them about low pressure in shower. Person who answered the call said they would send somebody out. No mention of fee or if there was going to be one for what turned out to be simply a consultation. Guy came out for about 20 minutes, told me I had a frozen pipe and said to warm it up. I asked what I owed him. He said nothing and left. I never heard back from them. Had another plumber come out. Free consultation, laid out a plan for the fix, and the pipe is clear. Guess what? Two weeks later, to my surprise, nearly $200 bill from these guys. For what? Suggestion: make sure to discuss fees up front. All the other plumbers I spoke to did. (Most had free consults, btw.)

Very pleased with Petschke service. I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday. Shawn came out and took care of it efficiently. I will continue to use their services.

Absolutely terrible service and no communication. After running us around over a week we called another company Reimer. They came right out and did a full 20,000 removal and install in less than 6 hours. Pretty sad petschke was right around the corner in town we would've waited any amount of time but they never had an answer. Apparently the receptionist doesn't even see the technicians for days at a time or they just like to keep passing the blame to someone else. If you need quality and efficient service call ANYONE ELSE
