Mati oversaw repairs to our laundry room, drywall repair, hall closet floor repair, garage drywall repair, and epoxy floor repair. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. The trades arrived on time, were courteous, and delivered excellent workmanship. After incurring home damage due to a water heater leak, Alder Home Craft did the rebuild after the mitigation services of EcoDry. Garrison was the project manager for the repairs and he did an excellent job of keeping me informed and getting everything scheduled in a timely way. Every one of the workers did an excellent job and even went above and beyond my expectations! Their services included drywalling, painting and carpeting. I am very grateful for their great service!!

TLDR: Worst. Experience. Ever. My water heater failed in my garage in OCTOBER. The leak damaged the area around the water heater and the drywall inside my laundry room. I called the plumber, who called Eco Dry, who referred me to Alder. The Eco Dry guys were efficient, prompt and professional. I had no reason to believe I would have an issue with Alder…. Until I did. January 16th, 2026….. JANUARY 16TH!!!! and my house is finally completed. I had to move my washer and dryer out of my living room and back into my laundry room in mid November when it became apparent that my second “Project Manager”, cared about as much as the one before him that had quit and I wasn’t going to get the drywall replaced in there anytime soon. I was referred to Alder Home Craft after a pipe broke in my laundry room. The chain of referrals went from my home warranty to a plumber, then to Eco Dry Restoration, and finally to Alder Home Craft for the repairs. All of the technicians involved were great. They showed up on time, were polite, and completed the work in a timely manner. That said, Eco Dry Restoration caused unnecessary wall and cabinet damage during their process, which added stress to an already frustrating situation.
