WOW! Having battled with my insurance company over hail and water damage claims that drug on for months, it was a totally positive experience working with Alder Home Craft!!! Their crews were in to rescue our furniture from further possible damage within hours of my call. Floors and walls were dried and furniture put into storage off site. All surfaces that came in contact with “Black Sewage Water” were either cleaned or removed and replaced. Drywall was installed and painted. Carpeting replaced. And arrangements made to deliver our furniture… They were conscientious with regard of the insurance company’s water damage claim cap. Every person I dealt with was on time, answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job on repairing a kitchen cabinet and a couple of walls in my basement where water from a leaky drainage pipe had caused some damage. Alder Home Craft took care of our restoration following a water pipe flood in our basement. Colton, the Project Manager is extremely organized and scheduled every step of completion including contractors for sheetrock, paint and trim, carpet restretching and cleaning plus movers to empty the space and replace contents. Colton coordinated everyone and communicated with us and the workers for each step of the project. He also worked with our insurance adjuster to agree on final claim coverage.
