Alert Heating & Cooling

We used alert heating and cooling to install our new furnace. They were quick fast and efficient! And then a few weeks after they installed our furnace our hot water heater went. It was over 10 years old, but they got to us the next day very fast and efficient and very friendly employees! I feel their price was very fair too! Doug comes in and inspect the jobs after they’re being done making sure the furnace was working properly. It’s nice to have a few sets of eyes when you’ve made such an expensive purchase!

I highly recommend Doug and his team. They have helped us multiple times...not just with replacement units but also with trouble shooting our current heat/AC. Doug is always reasonable with his pricing and the workmanship is top notch.

Doug has been keeping our old mid-fifties furnace alive and cooking for 25 years! Ditto for our AC and water heater. He always arrives and takes care of the job: motor replacement, belts, thermocouple. You name it, Doug can fix it. And always with a great attitude. A good dude all around. I recommend him to friends and family often. If there were more Doug's in the world the world would be a better place. I can't say enough good things about him!
