Alex and his support staff are an absolute joy to work with. We called about our well having a large leak which put us without water. Even with the heavy work load Alex has, he came the very next day and fixed our well the same day. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled in his trades. I say trades because he had many! He went above and beyond the call of duty to fix our well. Then another hard freeze occurred which put us out again. After being without water 3 times in a row this winter. We opted for a complete redo of our well system, aside from the pump itself. When he came out again for the install, he had many jobs going at the same time. Even with all of that going on, he did our complete rework and installation within 2 days! That is just amazing and now that we’re back up and running
