Not happy with service. Unprofessional. Took longer that quoted. Manager tried to get me to pay more than quoted. And the lvp floors came out bad quality. There is cracks and lumps all over the floors in my home. I regret using this company.
Went in to compare prices. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. He didn't act like I was wasting his time or that my questions were stupid. I don't lay new carpet or tile often, so I had a lot of questions.
Exceptional sales staff! Helped us with our project from beginning to end! Will DEFINATLY come back for any flooring we need in the future.
Great, easy to work with and follow but most of all very honest folks!
Very friendly and great pricing even compared to big box stores.
