I used them to move but I had an appointment so I told them to move my stuff and take it to my new location, so sad that they left my belongings behind because I wasn’t there. When I discovered this I call the manager and she promised to refund me some money to apologize and compensate me but to my surprise she refused to answer my calls for over one week now. I called her with another number and she hanged up on me immediately I told her it was me speaking. Please and please don’t use them. The guys working for them now have turned to something else most especially Alex. Attached are the evidence of my experience. Those are what they left behind.

In June we used Alexander moving which were great. They sent us 3 young men Adrian, Johnny & Manny which worked out great. We are older and really needed that help moving from one end of town to the other. It was very professional, shrink wrapping all of our big items and placing them in our new place with out a scratch . We had to use them twice before our due date and it was very very helpful. Our place sold quickly, so we had to be out within 3 weeks. We called them for a second time and they were able to take a same day request which really helped us out. Now that's a GREAT moving company at a reasonably price each time. I recommend you to try them at least once, and they will be your movers from now on. Thank you Alexander Movers!!

I have used the services twice and both times they’ve done a great job. I’m really thankful and appreciative, very fast and efficient. They wrapped every piece of furniture delivered it properly took everything that I needed them to take. I referred them to three people and One has used their services. The other will be using next week and I’ve gotten great feedback. Thank you so much for helping me.

Used this company with great success in 2023, so I trusted them to refer to my fiancee’s move. Big mistake. POOR communication, missed set appointment time by many hours, with no apology or offer to make things right. My fiancee was forced to move all his heavy belongings by himself with difficulty finding another same-day mover. Would no longer recommend using this company, especially if they’re unable to take responsibility for their wrongdoings.

🚨 Do NOT Use Alexander Moving Company 🚨 I feel obligated to warn others about my horrible experience with this company on 7/26/25. First off, they showed up 2 hours late, then tried to force me into paying a 3-hour minimum for a job that would’ve taken maybe 1.5 hours tops. When I questioned the pricing, asked about a discount since they were more than two hours late, and asked to speak with a manager or the owner, the young man on site rudely claimed to be the owner himself—only for me to later find out he’s actually the owner’s little brother. After I challenged the charges and his attitude, he got upset, went outside, unloaded my belongings from the truck, and left me stranded.
