I highly recommend Alfonso's Carpets & Floors!! This husband/wife team is FABULOUS! I am a real estate agent and I used them to update flooring in a condo I was selling in Northeast San Jose. They came out and measured and installed the flooring for me (both LVP and carpet) on-time and as promised, and it looked GREAT! People who complain about poor quality probably purchased lower quality carpet - you get what you pay for! Angie does a fabulous job of discussing your options and giving a quote in a prompt manner. I found their prices to be fair and their service to be top-notch! They are now my go-to flooring folks and I am using them again next month! We recently moved into a new home and had some carpet that needed to be stretched. Alfonso's Carpets & Floors were prompt with the appointment. The carpet installer who stretched the carpet was excellent and the carpet looks like new again. When finished he vacuumed up his work area.

Alfonso and his team were quick and efficient in their carpet and hardwood flooring install. They completed 1,700 SqFt in 3 days with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them for any carpet or hardwood installations. You cannot beat the value they provide when considering scope, timing, and cost for their execution.

After a water event at our church, we needed to replace the carpet, but didn't know who to call. We used the google referral feature to contact contractors. Alfonso and Angy responded quickly to set up an in person appointment. The estimate shortly followed and was more reasonable than the bigger carpet companies. He was also flexible in working within the numbers of our insurance company. Angy managed the project well. She was very helpful, responsive, and provided open communications throughout the project. The work crew was polite and accommodating. Solomon and Ben represented the company well. The quality of work was excellent and the cost was fair and not overpriced. We would not hesitate to call and consider Alfonso's Carpets for future projects.

So happy with my new carpet! Alfonso and his team did incredible job. His team arrived on time, worked and cleaned up after the job was done. I had called around couple places and he provided a very good estimate. Overall, recommend him because of the high quality and value delivered at a competitive price.
