These guys were great. They not only replaced a failing part but found where my field was and marked it. I got a rundown of some things to help keep my system functioning properly. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend their services, and will continue to use them for both preventive and repair services.

My husband and I contacted Mr.Alford to ask questions about a septic install and upgrade on a current property. Even though it was after hours, we were contacted back and spent twenty minutes talking extensively. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!! This is our second experience with Alford and we will be long term clients and use them for all of our needs.

We needed our lines jetted since it hasn't been that long since the tank was pumped (by someone else) and I was met out there at the appointment time (which was very quick- couple days) and work was explained and needs were expressed. Alford Septic Solutions inspected the septic system and coordinated the testing of the well water of property we were proposing to purchase (and did purchase) in Brunswick County, NC. The report they provided was amazingly detailed and comprehensive and written in a manner that was easy to understand. Following our purchase of the property, Mr. Alford was extremely helpful (and patient) by telephone answering some additional questions about our septic system. Alford Septic Systems are true professionals, and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had previously used Alford's before our purchase of our current home to check out the septic system.{over 2 yrs ago} We recently encountered a leak under our kitchen floor with a puzzling cause. The plumber can't come for a few more days. Knowing the leak isn't causing an increase in our water usage, we were thinking water leaving the house. Fortunately, part of Alford's service is keeping pictures. I kept the kind gentleman on the phone for at least 30 mins. He was truly helping me troubleshoot. I will let him know what the plumber finds, but again, he was very helpful & concerned for us. I highly recommend Alford Septic Solutions.
