We used him before & he was great. Used him recently and he said no issue but dust which led to our furnace smoking. After he left we had no heat for weeks..charged us extra for a service fee than he previously stated ($40 more than he said) and when I asked why he never responded. Brought another company out who said the float switch was left out by Strickland. Pretty upset spending more money than needed & out of heat for weeks with kids in the home.
Very personable and friendly! Plus he fixed our AC quickly. A super nice and competent guy!
Very friendly technicians, they worked quickly, and got our heat working immediately! They were absolutely a life saver!!
