We recently purchased flooring from Alford’s , and I can’t say enough good things about both the floors and the service — especially our salesperson, Kelly, who went above and beyond every step of the way. From the very first conversation, Kelly was fantastic to work with — friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, even answering our questions outside of normal business hours on occasion (which we truly appreciated). I have had the best customer service and received top quality products from Alfords. Kelly is phenomenal to work with. She and everyone there have gone above and beyond for our family! They are extremely competitive in pricing. I have purchased floor tile, shower tile, carpet, hard wood, vinyl, cove base trim, and had them do installs and all have been wonderful! Overall a 5 star service we received from start to finish with Alfords. Kelly was a tremendous help in assisting with selecting the perfect flooring LVP product when it came to selecting from a vast amount of options to choose from. Liz and Kelly’s patience with our numerous visits to the store to see samples was greatly appreciated. The demo and installation took 8 week days to complete a 2,500sqft home. I can’t say enough amazing things about Brad and Buzz- attention to detail, cleanliness, and physically the hardest working laborers I’ve met. They were a joy to be around and we are highly satisfied with our new lifetime warranted Coretec LVP flooring!
