Alfred Street Parking Garage

Locked my car up with a sign that said “call Yared for late exit” then Yared never answered after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and texts. My car was locked in the parking garage over night due to their negligence and scam attempts. Do not park here, they don’t deserve you money

Do not park here. At all. They have no signs saying when this places closes anywhere around the parking garage. And when they close the garage you have to call this man named Yared Tessema who will demand that you pay him $75 CASH to come open the garage for you. And in our case there were many groups of people locked out of their cars. If you don't have $75 CASH good luck getting your car... He tried to charge us $75 per car to open the garage. But we had dropped our ticket on accident and we were charged $100 more otherwise we wouldn't have been able to leave the parking garage. And in the process of us leaving this man called my friend stupid and we had to call the police because he was yelling at us and being very aggressive. I would suggest absolutely no person park in this garage. B

Do not park here!!!! There is little notice that your car may get locked inside. When you find out, they bilk you $75.00 CASH!!! It is a disgusting scam and I will be contacting the garage for a refund. If the answer is no, I will move on to the Better Business Bureau and then on to the consumerbprotection agencies!

DO NOT PARK HERE THEY ARE EXTORTING DRIVERS. They dont post signs that say when the close and then they charge EACH person that calls after hours $75 to come open the garage. I was standing there with 3 other drivers and the guy said he would charge EACH ONE OF US $75 to get our cars out of there. NONE of us saw signs that said when they close.

Do Not park here! This garage is a scam. They close early. Lock you out. Then make you pay $75 to get your car. There are no posted signs. Online on the Alexandria site says 11pm. Google is the only place you can see earlier times. And no one Che is Google until it’s too late.
