Jeff is absolutely awesome, very responsive, very knowledgable. I bought a mix of new and used appliances for two home builds and he quickly debugged my problems and got everything up and running.

Jeff is FANTASTIC. Really knows what he is doing, and is certified with most top brands. Maytag, whirlpool, etc and is highly recommended by major stores… he was quick and professional. We also had a delay in service but it has nothing to do with ALG it was due to covid-19. He was fast friends and efficient. Thanks again Jeff!

This Is by far the lousiest service I’ve ever experienced. They only called 15 min before showing up BOTH times, it also took two weeks after the part was received to get serviced & again only called 15 min before showing up with no other warning. There were also very rude “joking” comments made at my husband that in no way was appreciated. If you don’t care when you get help sure give them a call, if you value your time don’t bother.

Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable service techs in the business. Great work!!
