Aliso Air was recommended by a friend. I hired Aliso Air after a very negative experience with Home Depot/Triton Air. Aliso Air did a very thorough and reasonably priced service on my furnace and air conditioner.

The woman on the phone was very rude. They charge a diagnostic fee for issues on units they installed, and that fee doesn’t even go toward the cost of repairs. They also have no availability for over a week. I genuinely don’t understand how they’re still in business—maybe they prey on customers who trusted them to install their HVAC systems, inevitably run into issues soon after, and then come back expecting better pricing for repairs, only to learn the hard way that isn’t the case.

He has been to my house on (2) separate service requests and it is 100% evident that he is a true professional as his easy going demeanor ensures the homeowner feels at ease while he efficiently takes care of the job and addresses any concerns. At such a good price, I was concerned about the crew that was going to do the AC/Furnace/Thermostat installation as I had two disastrous installations (carpeting & kitchen appliances) from a major chain hardware store in the past. Quite the opposite it turns out. The three man crew and a quick visit from the supervisor removed and replaced the three major devices in about 6.5 hours with no mess left behind. The results were a fully functioning system with no glitches. They upgraded the system to current code and being in the service industry myself, I detected no kludges, quick fixes, shoddy workmanship or anything short of professional workmanship.
