I am so pleased with my 2 Carrier units, their warranties and the service I receive to keep them in good order. All of their employees are available, punctual, very professional and spend a great deal of time assuring that their customers are satisfied with their work. A+ rating in my opinion.

I personally was not there. I was on call with the Technician. The tech was a great guy, good at his job and respectful. Got the heat back on at my parents house, which 2 other technicians couldn't accomplish. Great company, great teams. Will be calling on them again for future work.
