Reese air services responded very quickly. Jacob, service technician, arrived the same day and quickly assessed what was needed with our AC system. He ordered the part needed while here, which I’m sure was not simple to find because the system is old and our problem was effectively resolved. Jacob, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional, as was Matt, whom I spoke with by phone who quickly coordinated the service call! I highly recommend Reece Air Services!

I called needing a technician over the course of this ice storm and he came as soon as he could. He got me fixed up, came back when I had questions and was so understanding of my concerns and was very responsive in getting everything taken care of. He was knowledgeable and on top of it. Definitely my go-to for any HVAC issues, questions or concerns. Great people doing great things!! Highly recommend.

Excellent company to do business with....I felt very comfortable with their staff and with their competence. They complete the job in a short amount of time and have you ac working as quickly as possible. Also the General Manager comes and checks everything out after the job is completed and addresses any issues you have quickly. I fully recommend this company to anyone that needs a new ac or repair. They also can have your ducts cleaned for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt. Absolutely wonderful human being and an outstanding HVAC tech. We were having some complicated issues and he went ABOVE and BEYOND what it took to get us functioning again. Honest company you can trust. Will use for all HVAC needs in the future.
