Super quick, high quality service! I had a horrible experience with Lowe's fence installation that took 7 months and ended with a full refund and no fence. Jeff came to check out the chain link fence I had from Lowes to possibly install it. He was the first of 4 fence installers to let me know chain link was going to be too much of a hassle with the hill in my yard, plus I didn't even have the right materials. Ready to better my situation, Jeff gave me a great price on a beautiful aluminum fence he already had in stock and installed it within 2 weeks! Overall it was a great experience with a caring and knowledgeable installer, I'm super happy with the fence and the installation process.

Fence looks great. However, communication with the company has been pretty bad. Follow up on paperwork required by the town has gone unanswered for months. We have called and sent text messages repeatedly. Disappointed with this run-a-round and wish to receive appropriate follow up on this matter.

They installed our fence last year at a new residence. One of last year’s storms tore out the mechanics of one of the gates. The other gate is not working right either. My brother has talked to Jeff. My builder has called him. My landscaper has called him. I have called him and can’t leave a message because his mailbox is full. He has promised all of these guys that he would come “next week” and fix the gates. It’s been almost 8 months and no one has shown up yet. He has been contacted on several occasions, but always gives the same empty promise. What do I do to get him to come? I’d love an answer.
