Deleted my 5 star review and am giving a 1 star. Had him out on New year's day to clean our drain and he cleared it, but apparently it wasn't 100% cleared because a couple days later it started backing up again. My husband contacted him DAYS ago and all we are getting is excuses, delays, and no replies unless my husband texts him multiple times. Now we've been without a shower, toilet, and sinks for 3 days now. We tipped him $75 on top of the already expensive charge and left an amazing review that he asked for....not sure what we did to be treated like this. Absolutely ridiculous

Hands down the best plumber in the mid cities. Todd is very knowledgeable and honest. I called at 11PM and the job was done perfectly the same night. I cannot express how much of a hidden gem this company is. Their prices are very fair, the business owner is ethical and kind and their attention to detail is superb. You’re making the right choice by calling Todd and his team for any of your plumbing needs. Don’t hesitate to call them especially if you’re in the mid cities. Todd will take care of your plumbing needs with hard work and integrity.

Reached out To All About Plumbing to have a new tub set. And a new shower valve installed. The tub was miss handled and chipped in several spots on the face of the tub. The valve was installed in the wrong orientation causing the cold and hot to mix at the bathroom. There is no hot water at the master bath or kitchen. I have reached out to the company and have been ignored after paying a $500 deposit.

Todd and his wife are amazing! I'm so grateful we found them. This is a family owned business and they're incredibly kind and honest people. We had a pipe burst upstairs that completely shut down the plumbing for one of our bathrooms. Todd came out on short notice and fixed it quickly. He's honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. They treat people the way they want to be treated, and for that they have a customer for life! We will definitely be using All About Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I would highly suggest staying away Todd did not follow through with anything and left us high and dry with excuses on why he wasn't able to come out while we could not use water for a week.
