We have been happy customers of All About Pools in Rowlett for many years. These folks are terrific, and their family owned business is one of the best. Customer Service is impeccable. When we need pool advice, we call or go see Dan. He is the best resource of pool knowledge we have found. We buy all of our pool products and parts and supplies from this business. The Service Department is excellent. They determine the problem immediately and repairs are prompt and painless. I trust them implicitly. My husband and I recommend All About Pools exclusively. Let me start with we don't have a pool... however, I was picking up food next door and my 1.5 year old was losing his mind when I put him back in the car, because he wanted dinner NOW. The owner of this store came out and offered some fruit snacks to calm him and make the car ride home easier. He went out of his way to help this tired momma and hangry toddler, and it encouraged me. Thank you, and if I ever get a pool, I'll definitely be shopping here just based off this interaction.

Dan has been great and very knowledgeable to deal with. I knew my salt cell went bad and i had a system that the company was no longer around. He got me setup with a new salt cell system and explained it very well. It took me a month to pull the trigger and the many phone calls to him, he was always pleasant and very helpful and insightful. I highly recommend him and his establishment for all your pool needs.

This shop takes care of its customers. They are partners with a genuine interest in making sure your pool is beautiful and ready to host swimmers. We had a pretty serious recovery operation to perform on our parent’s pool and the owner walked us through the process of rehabilitating the pumps, filters, and getting the right chemical balance in the water. We followed instructions and the results were incredible. They don’t spend any money on advertising, so the savings are passed to the customer. We found their prices on chemicals and equipment to be the best around as well. Highly recommend!
