Horrible customer service. After multiple interactions both over the phone and in person, staff were consistently rude and dismissive. We ultimately canceled our weekly service contract after they repeatedly failed to maintain proper pool chemistry. For several weeks in a row, we contacted them after each weekly service to report ongoing algae growth in the pool, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, one of the pool cleaners admitted to breaking part of our pool cleaning equipment and made no effort to replace the part or compensate us for the damage.
