I had an amazing experience with All Access Roofing & Gutters, and I want to give a special shoutout to Juan and Mario who worked on my house. Also want to mention Yolanda from customer service, she was awesome. Communication was very timely, clear, and super helpful from the first inquiry all the way to the day of the service. Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. Our 34-year-old gutters were done, and we contacted All Access Roofing & Gutters for help. Within hours, Pascal reached out and we set up a free estimate appt for 9/28. The price was fair, he added a free moss roof treatment, and we booked a gutter/downspout replacement for 10/3. On the day of, Juan and his crew arrived and went straight to work. No lie, I watched in the beginning. Impressive work ethic, great attention to detail and workmanship, I felt good about these guys. By the late afternoon, it was done. All Access Roofing & Gutter did a high quality job replacing our gutter and downspouts and cleaning our roof! We will use them again to replace our roof when needed. They were flexible with scheduling and came before a rainstorm, communicated well, and are priced reasonably.

We hired Pascal and his crew at All Access Roofing and Gutters to clean our Ballard home's roof. He and his team did a fantastic job, even replacing a damaged vent flashing that they found during their time up on the roof. He explained to me what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what the cost was going to be, in such an honest manner, I hired him on the spot and cancelled the appointments with other companies. The work his team did was great, too. When my roof needs more work in the future, and it will, I will hire All Access Roofing and Gutters again.
