The process went smoothly, and my home is back to a comfortable temperature. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism shown throughout the process.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Called the company and got the "owner" on the phone Henry. He came to my store to check our heating unit as it wasn't really blowing warm air. He told us his service call fee and hourly charge on the phone which I agreed too. Then after he showed up and "looked" at the unit, he gave me an invoice charging double what he quoted. This man is a crook and I would not recommend him to anyone. Use a reputable company.

We have been doing business with All Temp for over 15 years in our restaurant (Mister Z's). When you call All Temp you get the owner, Henry in person. Henry is very dependable, competent, and knowledgeable. Our restaurant has 3 beer coolers, 2 reach in refrigerators, 5 sandwich units, 5 freezers, an ice machine, a walking cooler, and a roof top air conditioner and heating unit. Henry keeps them all up and running regardless of time of year, day of week, or hour of day. Having All Temp on speed dial has made running a restaurant a little easier.

We needed a single unit mini-split installed as our primary heating, Henry was the only person we could get to come out. He didn't use a micron gauge, I don't think he properly purged with nitrogen, and he didn't add extra coolent even though his initial installation had a leak he found, and the line was longer than the 25 feet of coolent supplied by the unit. A month or two later we turned the unit on and it was barely working. We called in another HVAC person and they quickly found a very large leak. The flare was done incorrectly and obviously chipped. According to the second guy the joint was also obviously loose and leaking (it took him minutes to find). When I called the lady was super helpful and nice. My company has used All Temps many times for multuple kitchen appliances, ovens, coolers, and freezers. The workers are very kind, safe, and communicate well.
