We had a wonderful experience working with Corey who fixed our washing machine that was not draining. He assisted us with figuring out how to reduce the risk of it happening again and provided friendly and quick service! All interactions with this company were wonderful.

Fantastic local business. Had a wonderful experience with Hasam, who was a humble and honest technician. He explained the issue with our refrigerator's water pressure and recommended a part replacement. Came back a few days later and our refrigerator was as good as new. Fair prices considering how expensive everything is these days. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be using them again.

Professional, extremely knowledgeable, supportive, honest. I trust them totally and implicitly. If it is repairable, they can and will repair it. First, they will provide you with a realistic assessment and a spot-on recommendation, should a replacement make more economic sense - I know and am grateful for their candor. Marc just repaired my 24-year-old Maytag dryer - old but worth repairing. Just the latest in my decade-long (at least) outreach to All-American. Dryer repair cost was completely reasonable. All American Appliance is my go to for any appliance repair. I’ve used All American for the past 20 plus years. I am all for supporting this well run small company by Bonnie. Mark is the technician assigned to my area. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frankly, I was surprised he was still with the company due to Covid and people being laid off, but I was so happy to hear he was still employed with All American. The company takes care of its employees. Pricing is fair and transparent. Mark will always be honest about whether something needs to be junked or repaired. The company keeps its technicians well trained and up to date with the latest technology. They are the best!

The service we received from Cory was outstanding. He was on time installed the part within just a few minutes did the diagnostics random washing machine through test cycles and made sure everything was supposed to be operating the way it was supposed to. Cory explained everything that he was doing he explained, the sounds it was making through the cycle explained these are normal and made sure that we were happy with the performance of the machine. I would recommend all American appliance to anyone.
