I hired this company to clean my carpet. If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this company. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism on the owner's part. My experience with his behavior was distressing. In addition, the owner failed to deliver the expected service. The cleaning tech was highly professional and did his best, even though the owner provided little support with equipment and communication. The owner mentioned he had a significant turnover and his workers stole from him. Totally unacceptable, however, I don’t think the owner gained their respect. I tried multiple times post-service to communicate with the owner, but he dropped communication, and there was no resolution to the issues that needed to be addressed. I do not recommend
