I had an emergency when my oil tank started leaking and they were here to fix it the next morning. They did excellent work replacing the tank in my basement and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was told by a local HVAC company that my gas furnace needed to be flagged as unsafe and replace for $9,000! I went without heat for 3 months in the bitter cold and used space heaters because we could not afford to have it replaced! Mark came and did a through check of my whole system and could only find the expansion tank needing drained which he did and found “no” other issues!!! My furnace works perfectly!!! I had a warm house for the first time last night! So wonderful!! He saved us from a huge scam and financial burden! Incredible service. Mark is honest, doesn't try to pull any up-selling, or drown you in tech talk. Showed up 5 hours after I called, on one of the hottest days of the year. Spotted the problem in under 5 minutes. Had all the parts and tools necessary, fixed the problem, gave the unit a cleaning, and was outta here.
