UPDATE: Changed rating from 1 to 4. Rebel did call me after I posted this review. Seems the only staff member I could reach turned out not to have been the model employee as his resume proclaimed. Let's leave it at that. Rebel is trying to make my order 'right'. EARLIER: Paid a deposit in July for two patio doors. Was told "three weeks" to make the doors then would be put on the install schedule. Three weeks later, "the doors are here and there are eight installs ahead of you". A week later, 'doors are not here because they didn't have the locks for them'. ?? Where'd they go from being 'here' a week earlier? Since then, the only contact has been from me calling them (one way) and being told, nope, locks not in yet - locks not in yet. After three months of 'not in yet' I said if I can't sp

After receiving several quotes, we chose All-American Exteriors to remove & replace our siding, screendoors, and large picture window. Due to circumstances beyond Rebel's control, the project encountered a multitude of difficulties, but when he understood what was happening, he made sure everything was done correctly and up to his standards. I now believe I have the best sided house in central Iowa! Thank you!

Beware!! Although they made quick time of the project you pay for it in the long run. Rebel and his team rushed and left holes in my siding where they ripped out the previous homeowners dish clips AND a hole in the roof under facade. We have contacted the office manager to pass along our requests to touch base with Rebel as well as including pictures of the before and after of our siding to get those repaired MULTIPLE times this summer. He has NEVER returned our calls nor is he in the office to speak with when we stopped by. We now have to contact an exterminator as wasps and bees have started to build hives in these holes in the back. The hole in the roof facade now hosts a bird that had tried to attack my children and I as we enter and exit our home as it right next to our side door

All American Exteriors cares greatly about customer satisfaction and making sure their customers have nothing but a quality finish. Rebel helped me with a repair of a customers house when I reached out to their company to purchase a replacement vinyl corner that I had accidentally clipped while grading a yard within tight quarters. I was planning to do the repair myself having some previous experience with vinyl siding. Rebel insisted on taking care of it at no charge because he wanted to ensure it was done right. Outstanding display of character, and I’m happy All American Exteriors is proudly rooted in my community! Would recommend 10/10!

Most honest group of guys I've had come out. Rebel was very nice and had some humor to him. He was very upfront about everything and even pointed out some things I hadn't noticed before. Everything went smoothly, from the office to the end of the job. We will be using them for all the projects we have.
