When we first met with the people at Downing, I didn't quite understand the concept of being a full service builder. As time went on, it became clear that they were going to do ALL of the heavy lifting and made our ideas come to life. Although I initially fought the idea of incorporating the furniture purchase with the build, it couldn't have been a better experience. They were able coordinate furniture lead times with construction schedules and took the thinking out of where outlets were needed (for furniture) and so many other details that I would have been responsible for coordinating (and probably several missed hand offs) if I took the furniture project on myself. At the end of the build when we were moved in, I couldn't have been happier with the decision to let them take care of

The team handled our ongoing challenges with great pride and professionalism and to this day remain extremely responsive and helpful.
