Excellent, prompt and polite service. Our Genie chain-drive garage door opener finally broke beyond repair. Emailed and received quote on installation of a residential belt-drive WiFi LiftMaster on a Saturday. Job was done efficiently 2 days later, on Monday. Price is very reasonable for this upgrade, but more importantly, Mr. W is professional and competent! Moreover, when the opener travel needed adjustment after a recent snowstorm, he came right over to correct the adjustment. He preferred to correct it himself, rather than have us fumble with it! Would love to get this kind of service for other home repairs!

On 2/24/23, I hired Mr. Edward Wright for repairs on my garage door. On 3/6/23, the door would not open which was the original problem when he was hired. He presented with a co-worker, he saw a wire for the pulley disconnected, that has been disconnected for 22 years, stated that was the problem? Actually it was the trac device had jumped and was not allowing door to completely open. I requested him to return to check, he became agitated , began to start a conflict ending in refusing to honor his repairs. He asked for payment in full at time of service but does not present a professional invoice from business or guarantee his work. I would strongly recommend to use a different business for your services that guarantee their work. He charged $250.00 for 45 minutes of a minor repair not requ

Charlie came to my rescue when I called him and he immediately arrived at my house and got started on my garage door's spring. He was very professional and knew his way around measuring and fixing the broken part. Excellent repairman. Thank you.

Our garage door spring broke, and our opener was getting old. These guys were quick and responsive, and had us back up and running in no time and for a low price. I would definitely recommend.
