Laroc is hands down my go-to place for all things appliance repair, parts, and service. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you every time I’ve been here, the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whether it’s someone inside at the counter or out in the service area. They’re quick, efficient, and truly care about getting things done right. Thank you, Laroc, for consistently providing excellent service and support. I won’t go anywhere else!

My oven baking element stopped working. I called Laroc for a replacement part. It was the correct part and my oven worked again. The call was quick and I'd recommend this establishment. 5/5.

They damaged all 3 doors to my refrigerator, scratches, dents and tear on insulation. I brought to their attention and they ran off into there building and didn't want to hear my concerns.

I needed help with plumbing and decided to research my options. This place is a laugh! The owner is not nice. He didn't want to answer my questions, instead told an employee to answer my questions. After seeing that, I left. I feel sorry for the workers there, and judging by all the negative reviews, I know I saved a lot of money & most likely my water pipes. If you're smart, don't waste your time on them.

I will not do business with Laroc no more. My furnace needed a part so I went to buy a part. They sold me a different part. They said it would fit, but when I got home, it was not the right part. I took it back to get the right part, they told me I would have to splice the wires. I told them I don’t know how to splice the wires. I asked them if they could slice it for me, but they said they don’t know how? I can’t get a refund because after I paid for it, they gave me a receipt that says no refund. I asked them how much is the correct part, they told me it is going to cost more and if they order the part, it will come in next week. I ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY LIE TO ME AND NOT TELL ME THE TRUTH IN THE FIRST PLACE?I guess the buck$$$ is more than customer service I have to look for someone
