We had a major blockage that flooded our downstairs/basement bedroom and playroom, and brought in All American to handle the restoration. I’ll be honest: the project started off slow and not great with our original project manager. Brandon quickly resolved the issue and once Jon Owens took over, though, everything changed. Jon’s attention to detail is excellent, he kept us informed, and he earned our trust throughout a long (as most restorations are) process. We even made a few tweaks from the original plan along the way, and the All American techs accommodated them without missing a beat. In the end, we’re very happy with the final result and the space looks great again. I would recommend All American—and I’d specifically ask for Jon Owens as your PM if possible!

Great company to work with, made a tough situation as easy as possible. Brandon/Brian at the office were great at coordinating things with insurance. Our Project Manager Jon stepped up whenever we had questions and made things happen. Filli and Haciel were professional and did a great job, all the work they did from the paint to the trim to the flooring looks great. If you ever need remodel work done after water damage this is the crew to go with.

We had water damage to our kitchen leading into our garage. We had a company come out and help us and recommended these guys. The entire team was cool. We had a mishap in the beginning with them, but they resolved it rather quickly allowing us to get our kitchen, floors, electrical, paint, drywall, and everything else fixed an done. Brandon is a nice understanding individual and our project manager Bo helped us alot he was always updating and communicating, his team that he sent out for all the needs we had were outstanding and polite, they cleaned up after themselves didn't leave anything for me to clean up, they were easy to talk to and ask questions on anything, they asked me questions and making sure certain things were okay. ALL American is the way to go with home repairs. Ryan and his team did an amazing job helping us navigate working with the insurance company and repairing our home. He explained what was needed and how we were going to get it done! THEN HE WENT TO BAT AND GOT IT DONE! No worries for us. Thankyou a million times All American Restoration!

Going through a flood is never fun. Can be very stressful especially trying to put your house back together and construction. With that being said, Ryan and his crew of employees made this process absolutely amazing. The communication was extraordinary. I’ve never seen a company so devoted and passionate about taking care of their customers. The work they did for my fiancé and Is house is so beautiful it’s like a flood never happened. Ryan and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend this company. You will get the passion, respect, worth ethic that anyone deserves when going through construction.
