The team was extremely well experienced, took care in their work and did a wonderful job in the repair and replacement. We had several estimates for a new roof on our property in Santa Barbara. We chose All American Roofing because of recommendations that we had from some people that we knew in our neighborhood. Also a meeting with them we were quite impressed with the owner as he just seemed like a very nice and honest fella. The work was complete completed in a reasonable amount of time the workers were careful not to disturb any of our property and generally cleaned up every evening after work. All American Roofing did a great job on our project. They really took the time to find the issues with the leaking flashing and made the effort to properly resolve the issue instead of just doing a quick fix. The crew was always on time, professional and easy to work with. From start to finish everything went smoothly and quality of the work was excellent. Even after payment, they came back to finish a few minor touch-ups to make sure everything was completed the right way and even adjusted how the water was coming down so it would properly flow into the drains after subsequent rain fall. I was particularly pleased that he took the initiative to make sure the roofing work was coordinated perfectly with our exterior remodel (It was his idea to have my contractor call him before the roof was done to discuss where their work would overlap).
