Terrible company!!! None of the hurricane shutters provided fit our home during hurricane Milton. Every neighbor on our street who had the same problem. The window protection provided did not align or was not intended for the home. I would stay far away from this company. A company who provides protection from a natural disaster that does not stand behind their product or workmanship does not need to be in business.

DO NOT give this company your hard earned time and money. They do not manufacture their own products which is the perfect excuse to not take responsibility when they are challenged to honor their business, the company insists on acting defensively. Why so defensive? Read the reviews here. See the consistency of their failures with all customers. Observe their refusal to take action and take care of us, the customers with homes and hardworking families whose accounts are what pays to keeps this disgraceful idea of a business a float in their bills. David promptly showed up on time even though it had been raining/storming for two days. I expected he would cancel but as the rain slowed up he showed up. My roll down shutters was stuck in the up position. David is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem and educate me on how to properly maintain my roll down and accordion shutters. I would recommend David again. Great job.

Hurricane shutters laughed at Irma! They rushed out within 2 hours to help clarify how to install above door 3 days before hurricane! I Helped 10 neighbors in south Venice in Rapalo DR Horton neighborhood and all parts and shutters were perfect fit. Took 45 minutes to put up with 2 people and 21 minutes with 4 people. Awesome shutters and customer service! Highly recommend if your going to buy shutters!
