We hired All American Window and Door to replace some wood siding trim on our house with LP siding as they did a great job replacing our front door and storm door earlier this year. This job, not so much. Granted, we had early snow this year, but that was no reason for the installers to walk on top of our landscaping, permanently damaging at least 2 of our shrubs, possibly more. They damaged a window screen (repaired by All American but we had to remove it) and they left debris (wood and nails) in our driveway and in our landscaping. The driveway debris got caught in our snowblower that we had to remove. If the job couldn't be done without damage to our properly, it should have waited until the snow melted.

I rarely take the time to post a review unless I am unsatisfied with the service and/or product. Due to receiving outstanding customer service I must applaud All American Window & Door for exceeding expectations. After having all the windows in my house replaced in 1998 by All American Window I chose to have All American replace 3 storm doors recently. With each purchase and installation I expected and received professional and courteous sales and installation. On January 28, 2026 my front picture window developed a crack on the inside pane needing to be replaced. The next day I contacted Great Lakes Window about replacing their product and was informed that it would take 5-6 months to manufacture the replacement and I would have to pay for any shipping cost associated with the delivery of

The technicians are very professional and courteous. They respond to our window issues in a reasonable time frame. Every step from choosing the best windows to installation was seamless. We’re really happy with the job and windows. We would highly recommend All American Windows and Doors. The windows were replaced in 2020 and we’ve had several service calls replacing the manufacturer’s faulting locking mechanisms. Because of the warranty we only had to pay for this last service call. Again the techs were very helpful and explained what was being replaced and why.

This team did a fantastic job! Was having drafts and leaking through 2 sets of double doors that were starting to rot and even had a post separating the 2, so the existing opening was not fit for a full size slider. They knocked everything out in days working time even with having to replace the header and work around some existing framing. The door is very high quality and with so much glass, we even noticed that heat retention was dramatically increased, so it was a quality installation of a quality product! Big thanks to the team for a job well done. Value, workmanship, and quality of the installers would definitely have me working with them again if the need arises for future door or window installation!
