Our black aluminum pool fence was installed in October 2020. I have called this company repeatedly to advise them that our automatic gate closing hinges do not work. They are unresponsive. Even though there is a warranty on this product, they do not return our calls. They have made no effort to help us out in any way. Our pool cannot pass inspection without a self-closing the gate. This company is horrible.
