Been on schedule for every other Thursday for the last 6 months. Now I have had NO service spoke with owner and was told that I live to far to do a 45 minute job......now my yard is overgrown and I cannot get his team to come do my yard .....if you are a huge acvount then you get service.....i am a 70 year female and cannot do this work so I hired Daniel and his crew....first job was a clean up and he did a fantastic job.....then I asked to have him do my yard on a regular basis....asked what the charge would be and he stated 45 dollars but when I told him that I wanted him to do my yard regular he then stated that the charges were 55.....now I have ervi a month.....wow the owner just FIRED ME!!!!

I guess in addition to lawn care, this company is contracted out by AT&T to install fiber optic lines(?) and was working on this at my next door neighbor. In the process, they somehow “broke” our line and now we have no wifi. Highly disruptive and happened in the middle of my kid’s virtual class and in the middle of a my video conference. They can’t remedy the problem caused by their incompetence, and we have to have an AT&T technician come out to fix. Hhmmm I wonder how long that will be? In the mean time, I can’t work. My kid can’t do her assignments, bc it’s all in Google class. Unacceptable. And they didn’t seem very concerned about the chaos they created in my household and certainly did not apologize. Contracted by FiberFirst to install fiber but they didn’t even like to respond to FiberFirst let alone me. The only contact from them was Daniel questioning my damage claim (at least that’s how I interpreted his message). They don’t like to call you back either. They destroyed my front yard where they dug and are failing miserably to try to fix it.

Found this service recommended through Angi. When I reached out in the app, they did not reply, so I called them. Someone named Daniel answered, and upon asking if I could start services at my house, they directed me to text them my address so that they could send me an invoice. I did so with no response. I texted again to see if my first message got lost, and still no response. Terrible customer service, don’t know how they got “verified” by Angi.

Retarded workers and owners who don't know what they are doing. They have trainees in wrong yards and start digging and cuttin wires that aren't even on property they working on. This is coming from someone who didn't even hire these retards
