Mr. Sincere Scott repaired my dryer today, 9/16/2021 and he was kind, professional, a caring person and he provided great customer service. One thing that I can say about Scott is that he is NOT "money hungry!" His goal is Satisfaction Guaranteed for all customers unlike some repair men that I know. I am well satisfied and pleased with his work and service. 😊 May my Lord Jesus Christ bless your hands and business as long as you're on this Earth, Scott! I had a great experience with Scott. My microwave needed repair and no one wants to fix a microwave as the replacement value is so low. Scott has experience, industry knowledge and understands service! Same day visit to assess the problem and by the next day, the issue was solved. I fully endorse and recommend Scott and All Brand Appliance Repair!

Hiding under two names... Try looking at the one that has LLC in it for reviews. Got the vendor through American Home Shield - home warranty. They are guessing on how to repair the AC and if they dont know what to do or how to fix, they guess around and delay with hopes of the customer giving up. I should have done more research. Sadly AHC is buying their lies. I am without AC for 2+ months with no solution on sight. Home is starting to smell moldy and doors swelled beyond the door frames. They are claiming that part is not in stock and not willing to figure things out. If AHC is shady, cant hide behind them or play along. Say it how it is and help the customer rather then forcing someone to be without AC in Florida. its 95% humidity, what do you think will happen? DO NOT USE!!! dont say

I was able to get an appointment for my refrigerator the same day I called, which was great. The tech showed up on time and was super polite. I was a little concerned because of the covid pandemic but i needed the repairs done. Scott took every precaution from wearing a mask, gloves and booties. We kept our distances and he was in and out, with the fridge fixed, within an hour. Thank you All Brand for being such pros.

I used Scott at All Brand Appliance Services to fix my Frigidaire Fridge. Not kidding, it was Christmas time and my fridge stopped working. I had people coming in from out of town, so I had so much food. I was in a hurry to get the fridge fixed. I called All Brand Appliance Services and explained that I didn't want to lose hundreds of dollars in groceries. Scott showed up within a few hours, and saved the day. He had the necessary parts to fix on the spot and just like that xmas was saved. I will use this company again for my appliance repair needs.
