Nathan was prompt to get back to me and schedule an appointment time that was convenient. He communicated when he would arrive and showed up on time. When he was inspecting our chimney, he took the time to explain what he was seeing and answer any questions that we had. In addition to taking the time to make sure we fully understood his findings, he gave us some options for how to move forward and was transparent about cost and what made the most sense. I called All Cape Chimney Sweep to have an inspection done for a wood stove insert. I wanted to make sure it would fit and also if it would work in the FP I have. I purchased the stove insert, they picked it up and delivered it, did the installation and also installed the SS liners.
