All City Appliance Repair

Called on a Friday and got an appointment on Monday. Mike arrived and I explained the situation with the ice maker and he went to work. Half hour later he explained everything he saw and did and that hopefully that did the trick. He did provide a quote for new parts just in case but luckily that wasn’t needed. After about four hours I started to hear the sound of ice falling in the tray. Yahoo - due to Mike’s thorough workmanship, he saved us money. Thank you so much and I will use this company again if needed for any of my other appliances.

Sam S. stopped by to fix our dishwasher after we discovered that it wasn't draining properly. He was very professional and thorough in his work. Just the fact that a no work day turned productive when I called in the am and got a same day service call and arrived 1 hour earlier than appointment was a great day .!! Was informed that he was available earlier than expected nice touch ...Ali showed up diagnosed and repaired was patient as I asked many questions (I did my research) and he was very patient and polite. Good guy that guy.

We had a burned out wire in our Bosch dishwasher electrical junction box. There have been several recalls for this problem. Don’t buy a Bosch dishwasher! All.City was going to charge us $155 for a new junction box that we could buy at Home Depot for around $30. The $155 was just for the part. Needless to say we canceled having them come back.
