I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were quick to reply with an estimate for a drain field replacement and very insistent on getting the job. Eventually, we chose them and paid immediately the 50% deposit. According to them replacement would be completed in 6–8 weeks, however after multiple excuses it ended up taking over 5 months. Not only did they make the entire process incredibly irritating, but in doing so, they damaged my fence. They said they would obtain quotes, but again, after many excuses they did not do anything, I provided them with the name of a company for them to get a quote. They did nothing. They were awesome! Quick and on time , they told us prices from the beginning and didn’t charge for locating our septic tank as other companies do (aprox 200$) . I recommend this company 100% . Fair prices , thanks again guys !

Customer Service! 10 stars! Response time was fantastic. I have an older home and been having issues with my drainfield for quite some time. Alan came out right away and did a survey of my property. He also provided the documentation from the manufacturer for the system designed for Florida installations. Additionally, after FPL marked the underground power lines, he came out again to ensure that the best location would be used as to not interfere with their lines. Great company! I called on Sunday evening and they were out by Tuesday morning, at the time of the appointment. The gentleman Breon, emptying the tank was courteous and answered all my questions. Did a great job emptying the tank. I will definitely use All City Septic in the future.
