Highly recommend! It was easy to get a speedy appointment, showed up at the scheduled time, super friendly, conscientious, and a good communicator. He went above and beyond to correct the 25-year-old, badly installed, and damaged dryer vent on our recently purchased house. Best experience I have had with a contractor that I can remember. What started out to be a simple vent cleaning turned into much more. After living in this house for 30 years and cleaning the first 10 feet of the dryer vent, we bought a new dryer that was not getting the clothes dry. The Maytag service guy said that he couldn’t work on the dryer until I got a receipt from a professional vent cleaner. I did some research and luckily found Steve. He quickly diagnosed the problem and surmised the only solution was to fix an issue the builders created when they made the vent pipe go outside but put the outlet under the pipe in hopes that gravity would disperse the outgoing dryer lint. Service was perfect and thorough. I was also explained a lot of things about continued use and cleaning of my dryer vent very knowledgeable and was about an hour work with some extras taken care of in the end. I definitely recommend!
