I hired this company in Sept 2025 to install a sump pump discharge line for $2,200. I was hesitant about running the pipe outside, but was assured by the installer it would be fine, because if installed right, and being a high pressure line, he insisted I would have no issues. However, the line froze and cracked before getting thru the first winter. They did come back to look at the issue after I called in the broken pipe, however, they told me a sag in the way the pipe was installed, caused the problem. They then said they fixed the sag, and shouldn't have a problem again. Unfortunately, just two days later, even with the worst of the cold over, the line still froze and cracked again. I had a great experience with the HVAC technician who came out for the repair. His name is Sam. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. It was obvious that he really knew what he was doing. He also made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs.
