I recently hired a service to open my pool, expecting a smooth and professional experience given my lack of knowledge about pools. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, it was clear that the technician was more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service. There was little to no explanation about the process or what to expect, leaving me feeling confused and unsupported. My questions were brushed off, and the technician seemed impatient and disinterested. I was hoping for a thorough and informative service, but instead, I felt like an inconvenience. This company is the best pool company that has ever serviced my pool. Completely professional and courteous. They have scheduled the service as a weekly and always on time. My pool has looked clear and my children haven’t missed a nice day to go out and splash. I have dogs and they also call to make sure the dogs can go out before they arrive.
