Bruno Mechanical did an excellent job resetting two toilets in our home. From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional, and they took the time to explain each step of the process. The work was done efficiently, everything was cleaned up perfectly, and the results look great. It’s nice to work with a company that’s reliable, respectful, and takes pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Bruno Mechanical to any homeowner looking for quality plumbing service.

Bruno mechanical installed a new Peerless boiler in my house less than 4 years ago. I called them as this boiler was putting out constant heat for 3 zones even though the thermostats were not calling for heat. Bedroom was almost 80 degrees. They came back 2 times but charged me almost $300. Called back a third time the next day saying the problem is still not fixed. Steve called me back and said "find another plumber, I no longer want you as a customer." And hung up on me. I believe it is unprofessional and unethical to dump a customer when you won't put the time and effort to fix a problem when YOU installed the entire system. Accept the responsibility and don't quit when you started the job. My advise to others, find another plumber!

Had Steve and Steve here recently to take a look at my shower. Very friendly and professional guys. Took care of my hot water issue. Would highly recommend them. The small thing of putting their own doormat down to wipe their feet showed they cared about my property. All around great experience. The price was great too.

The owner Steve came out to diagnose an AC system that was not working. We determined it was best to upgrade the system. Steve, his son Stephen and Kyle worked very neatly and professionally replacing the unit and getting the system back up and running. Would definitely recommend using Bruno mechanical for all your plumbing needs!

Disappointing experience, particularly given these reviews! Committed to a job and then backed out weeks later (after not doing anything for weeks to get started). Wouldn’t answer phone calls, wouldn’t talk to other trades they need to work with and who know the important specs. Ultimately - better that they didn’t start work at all, but a BIG waste of time.
