I had a wonderful experience with All Climate, and the technician, Qi, was truly outstanding. He was professional, kind, and patient, and he took the time to clearly explain how to prevent furnace overheating—something no one else had ever done. That extra care really meant a lot to me. What impressed me most was his expertise. Two other highly rated vendors had worked on my furnace but never fully fixed the issue. Qi quickly identified the root cause and resolved it for good. His combination of skill and genuine customer care was exceptional. I highly recommend Qi and All Climate for any future furnace work.

I had an excellent experience with Qi. I was hearing a dripping sound near the fan coil and suspected it might be related to my new water heater. Qi quickly identified the real cause and carefully explained how the fan coil system works and why it wasn’t a water heater issue. He spoke both English and Chinese clearly, which made everything easy to understand. Qi was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The inspection fee was also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend his service!

I was given three estimates and climate was lowest. Making and setting up the appointment was easy and the person was kind. Getting the service done today was awesome. He explained everything as he went. There was no clean up after him at all I was asked if he could put up a climate sign and I would get $10 off. I said yes. I will call climate again when I need her yearly inspection and maintenance.

We needed to identify an issue with our wine refrigeration split system. Finding an HVAC company in the greater Seattle area that had that ability was difficult. QI identified the issue and completed the repair. His knowledge, communication skills and reliability were outstanding. We will be changing all of our HVAC work to All Climate due to our satisfaction with their performance.

Great experience with Qi. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He patiently explained everything about my navian combi boiler. Fixed the issue with the error code and gave good advice about other issues with my Navian unit. It’s hard to find someone as experienced as him these days. I recommend Qi and will call him if we have any issues in future.
