The team (Adam annd Gari helped us) are extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the HAVAC process of what we need and didn’t need and even discussed health benefits which were important to us. If you want the best care, clear communication and trustworthiness this is the company to call. I wish all home care businesses worked this hard to deliver excellent quality and service, as Onestop does. We LOVE our new heating cooling system which I never dreamed we would say! But it’s true. Plus this company will service us if ever needed, day or night. You are in good hands with this team.

The cold season is coming and our furnace was broken, we weren’t sure what to do. A family friend recommended Onestop Heating Cooling Electric LLC. The gentleman that showed up to our door was very respectful and kind spoken. He took off his shoes before he walked into our home, that showed me he respected my home! He was dog friendly as well which was a plus!!! He came in and inspected our furnace, found the issue within minutes and ordered the parts to replace the broken ones. Next day he came back and fixed the issue and we had heat again. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

We had such a great experience with One Stop Heating and Cooling for our new HVAC units! We recently had them install a commercial 3-heat pump package unit. Adam, Robyn, and Gram have been so helpful and timely from start to finish. They had the old units down from the roof, the new units up, and everything installed and ready for winter in less than a workday. Robyn was very responsive to all of our calls and emails leading up to the install, so that everything was smooth leading up to the big day, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Adam was there for every step of the way, making sure we were all set with everything we needed, and kept everything on schedule. I live on East Hill in Kent. I needed my HVAC system serviced, so based on the good reviews, I called OneStop Heating Cooling Electric to see if they were available. They were and could even come the next day! Adam, the owner, and his partner, were ON TIME, and very nice. They began on the furnace in the garage immediately. I decided to stay out there for awhile. Adam worked carefully, plus took pictures at every stage. He then stopped to show me a picture of the back of the blower motor. He showed me where it was dripping oil, evidenced by the oil on his hand. He also showed me a picture of a very discolored circuit board. The repairs on my very vintage furnace would have cost about half the cost of a new furnace. Even then, there wouldn't be any warranty on the existing one because
