We had biannual maintenance from all comfort, but instead of resolving issues, the service appears to have created a new and more serious problems. The latest issue was an incorrect belt and pulley setup during the maintenance caused the blower motor to be overworked and repeatedly trip. When I contacted them about this, they refused to even inspect the issue as a basic courtesy— the last maintenance was performed 6 months ago, in the late July period time. Very disappointing service and lack of accountability. Btw, if you would like I can add the initial issue we experienced immediately after the maintenance in August 2025 and again 2024 summer.

Don’t make the same mistake I made-make sure you call Sammy and his team first! I initially called A-All Comfort Heating to help diagnose and issue that another company created on an improper install issue, and they absolutely came through. Sammy and his team spent countless hours tracking down and fixing problems that were not their fault. They could have charged me a fortune to clean up someone else’s mistakes, but they didn’t. They worked hard, stayed honest, and figured it out the right way. That kind of integrity is rare. Kudos to Sammy and the entire team. I’ve officially found my new heating and A/C company, and I won’t call anyone else. Thank you again — truly appreciated.

My furnace went out on Dec 23rd. I called All Comfort to get a 2nd estimate after I was told by another company that my furnace was not fixable and I would need to replace the whole furnace. Devin from All Comfort came out and was able to diagnose the problem. A new part needed to be ordered. He saved me thousands of dollars. He also was able to do a temporary fix so we would have heat over the Holiday’s. Not only was he knowledgable, but more importantly he was HONEST!

My wife and I came home from work today and our A/C had stopped working. Being that it was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 2 year old with a 7pm bedtime this was bad news. I called All Comfort because I know they have a great reputation. A gentleman answered the phone and took my information. Within a half hour I got a call back from a technician named Brady that said he could be at our house in an hour. Brady pulled in our driveway exactly an hour later and within 10 minutes tracked down the problem to some bad wiring within our furnace. He fixed the wiring and got the blower running again in no time. He then went outside and cleaned our A/C unit before putting everything back together. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. It was very informative and helpful.

We had All Comfort install mini splits in our home and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Brian came out twice to go over all of our options before we even decided to move forward with having them installed. He was always quick to answer any questions and had us installed quick! The guys who installed were nice and professional. They cleaned up very well and were always on time and did a fantastic job. We had an issue with one of our units and Brian was awesome in getting back to us and getting it resolved quickly. As well as looking out for us as a customer! He personally came to our house and running around to pick up parts to help get it all resolved and back up and running. They all did a great job and were very professional. Would highly recommend!
