All County Environmental & Restoration

I wish I could give negative stars. They were brought in by the HOA to restore our building after a condo fire in August 2025 and it has now been 6 months and we are no where close to being done and they continuously delay everything. They demo'd areas they were not supposed to and non responsive over email and phone. They are over-scoping the amount of work to get a higher pay day. The work they have completed thus far has needed to be fixed because they did it poorly to start - specifically the installation of the HVAC ducting. They do not communicate with homeowners on timelines or deliverables and might be the worst contractors I have ever had to work with.

Andrew, Jake, and Monica have supported me on numerous remediation, restoration, and rebuild projects. I manage over 900 homes, and they’ve consistently been prompt, responsive, and reliable. I would 100% recommend the North LA team—they truly stand out. I strongly encourage upper management to recognize their performance and consider using them as a training model for other territories. I’ve worked with many remediation companies, and you guys are simply the best Thanks guys

Almost got killed by one of the horrible drivers working for this company today. With the reckless disregard for human lives on the road I would not have any confidence in the work they provide.

I am very happy with the restoration work done by All County Environmental & Restoration Inc., they did a beautiful job! My house was restored very close to it's original shape. Project Manager Trevor was friendly and easy to work with. He was very well organized & responsible. The floor tile that I chose came with some defects and he exchanged them for me. That created extra work for him, but he had such a good attitude & provided great customer service. His partner Mary from Vanguard Design was also very pleasant to work with and helped me a lot with some extra work not covered by insurance. Although I had to pay myself, but she made it a lot easier for me to have the job accomplished! Thanks to this great team! I can see the light again! I was quite depressed @ one time after the majo

Steer clear of All County Environmental & Restoration, their restoration & environmental work is all contracted out and it is very poor quality. One of their workers haphazardly left his power saw and tools in a walk way for hours. The rapid turnover of staff at All County is also a bad sign of internal mismanagement. As a property manager with several years of experience, I do not recommend All County for any project.
