ALL DRY Restoration

So my condo flooded last night and I went into instant panic mood! I called All Dry who showed up within a few hours just as they told me they would. I was nervous I was going to miss work but they quickly went to work while explaining everything from start to finish. Mike and Jessica were extremely nice and accommodating to my work schedule today. God forbid I ever have to go through this again but it's comforting to know I have a go to company I can call on from here on out.

All Dry Restoration did work for us in February/March of this year (2021) due to winter storm water damage. Work was directly contracted with them versus the insurance company. Since project completion, All Dry Restoration has failed to provide the insurance company with dry logs/moisture readings so we are still waiting on reimbursement from the insurance company a month later. Calls and emails to All Dry result in no response. They also owe a $281.90 refund that has yet to arrive. I am surprised by the favorable online reviews because the company appears to be a scam operation. Thankfully I found All Dry after a pipe broke in my basement last night. The guys came out at 2am and cleaned everything up quickly. I didn’t know who to call and I’m glad I found them Thanks
