All Flooring beautifully and professionally installed wood floors throughout the entire second floor of our home five years ago. They even lifted a built in desk and were able to slide the wood floor under the desk in the event the desk would someday be removed and the floor would be perfect throughout. The floor is as beautiful as the day it was installed and very easy to maintain. Time has passed and now All flooring has installed a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen and Jose Rivera even extended it behind the refrigerator so that it would give it a continuous completed look. Jose also removed our old vanity and installed a new one taking every precaution to complete the installation meticulously. The company is efficient and we can't praise them more. A job well done five years ago

I was very pleased with the most recent flooring I purchased from All Flooring USA. Working with Jose was a pleasure, he was extremely helpful finding me a quality product that was a close match to my original floor color. Jose kept me informed when I could expect my floors to be installed. The installers Jose provided did an outstanding job. Couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. In Dec. 2018 I contracted All Flooring USA to remodel my home. The co-owner Julian was my initial point of contact and who remained my point of contact through the whole project. There was also a sub-contractor who designed and installed my kitchen. Scope of work included removal of old floor tile and installation of new floor tile, a complete remodel of both bathrooms, complete remodel of kitchen and the purchase of all materials used. What I found to be curious was when i asked for an itemized list of services and products- i was given a handwritten list of vague services and ballpark figures on items with no actual labor costs. This was my 1st time contracting work so i assumed that maybe he was going to give a more professional documentation after materials had been purchased although

I worked with Jose from the St. Cloud store and they were very professional. Got the work done on time and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

The absolute worst when it comes to service and quality. We will never use them again. Go somewhere else and avoid the disappointment and frustration.
